I know that Bigcommerce has loads of informational tips that make it easier with the set-up, but I also know that doesn't always work for everyone, and not everyone has the time to set-up and learn how to run their new store. Not only that but maybe there are some customizations you'd like that Bigcommerce just doesn't have an easy way to do without having an extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. That's where the Bigcommerce Concierge comes in: it's a service designed to help you set up your new store completely based on your needs.
